Welcoming Committee

SunLand has it’s own Welcome Wagon. A committee interviews new homeowners (which is purely voluntary) and those short interviews are published in the quarterly bulletin. It’s a great way for neighbors to learn about new residents in the area and find people who might have similar interests and hobbies. Twice a year the Welcoming Committee and the Board of Directors host newcomers for hors d’oeuvres and refreshments at the Gathering Place. This gives us a chance to personally welcome the new homeowners and gives the new homeowners an opportunity to meet other new residents.
